Its raining in Calcutta today, feels and smells like home and perhaps that has given me the push to finally write. Til now i've been composing at night in my head and then waking up empty with no urge to transfer the thoughts to another place. Tomorrow is Republic Day here, 60 years free of British rule, we were speculating that they have similar issues as we have with St. Patrick's day in that it always rains on their parade.
